Welcome to Crunchio. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Crunchio website and all purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin preparing it as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and contact information.

3. Delivery

Crunchio provides delivery using its own delivery service.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only to selected areas. If your location is outside our delivery zone, we may be unable to fulfill your order.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment methods available at checkout will be displayed on our website.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation for prepaid orders.

6. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before preparation begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

7. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

We do not accept returns of delivered food items.
If you receive the wrong order, a damaged item, or a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.
We may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

8. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly.

Some products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, wheat, soy, peanuts, or tree nuts. Customers with food allergies should order with caution.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate delivery information.
Treat our delivery staff respectfully.
Not misuse or abuse our ordering system.

Crunchio reserves the right to refuse future service in cases of repeated misuse or abusive behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

Crunchio shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, or government restrictions.
